During his career John has held senior roles in real estate development (Treasury Holdings), finance (Central Bank of Ireland) private equity (Ardstone) company founder, and partner (Fenway Capital).

John has a demonstrable track record in sourcing, acquiring, and unlocking value through tailored asset management and development initiatives. John has particular skill in identifying & underwriting real estate opportunities coupled with an interest in creating real estate investment platforms with institutional and high net worth investors and working with organizations operating in the real estate sector.

Over the past 20 years, John has managed all aspects of real estate portfolios, spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality, with a combined value above €3bn.
